1. About Samriddhi Clothings
Samriddhi Clothings is an online store specialising in sarees. In these terms, the words “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Samriddhi Clothings, and “you” or “customer” refers to anyone accessing our website or purchasing our products.
2. Eligibility and Website Use
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order.
- You must not use our website for unlawful activities, fraudulent orders, or activities that may interfere with the website's operation or security.
- We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud or security concerns, subject to applicable law.
3. Product Information and Images
We make reasonable efforts to display our sarees and describe their colours, fabric, designs, zari work, borders, measurements and other details accurately.
- Actual colours may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting and photography.
- Handcrafted, woven or embellished products may have minor variations in appearance or workmanship.
- Please read the product description, size details and blouse-piece information carefully before ordering.
- Any blouse worn by a model for photography may be for styling purposes only. Please refer to the product images and description to understand what is included with the saree.
These notes do not exclude your rights if a product is materially different from its description, defective or incorrectly supplied.
4. Prices, Offers and Taxes
Product prices and applicable delivery charges are displayed on the website or at checkout before you place your order. Prices and promotional offers may change without prior notice, but changes will not retrospectively alter an order already accepted, except where correction or cancellation is legally permitted.
Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, validity period and eligibility requirements. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined with other offers.
5. Orders and Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS or another available communication channel. An automated confirmation does not necessarily mean that every order detail has been finally verified.
If an item is unavailable, a payment issue arises, or a material pricing or listing error is identified, we will contact you where appropriate and arrange cancellation and any required refund in accordance with applicable law.
Please check your delivery address, phone number, product selection and other order details before submitting your order.
6. Payments and Cash on Delivery
We may offer prepaid payment methods and Cash on Delivery (COD), depending on availability at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers under their applicable terms.
For prepaid orders, please do not place another order merely because a payment page appears delayed. First check your payment status or contact us with your order details.
COD orders may be subject to confirmation or verification. We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to prevent fraudulent or repeated abusive orders, subject to applicable law.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, service disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

- If delivery fails, the courier or our support team may contact you to coordinate delivery.
- Any additional shipping charges or consequences relating to failed delivery or refusal must be handled in accordance with the information disclosed at checkout and applicable law.

8. Returns and Exchanges
Return and exchange requests are governed by our Return Policy. Please review the applicable time limits, product condition requirements and request procedure before sending a product back.
For a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed product, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs or videos where available. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution in accordance with our stated policies and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, including the applicable method and processing time, are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. A cancellation may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. If an order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, any refund legally due will be processed through an appropriate method.
Any deduction of shipping or other charges, and any use of store credit or wallet balance, will be subject to the applicable policy disclosed to the customer and the requirements of law.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional codes must be entered as instructed and may be subject to minimum order values, product exclusions, validity dates or first-order eligibility. We may correct errors or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any order already accepted.
